That’s why, when millions of square feet of Toronto waterfront sat abandoned, we put our values into action, creating a bustling new sector for public art, local business and affordable homes. It’s how we overcame incredibly complex barriers to erect the award-winning L-Tower, pushing the boundaries on design and protecting a treasured cultural icon at the same time. It’s also why, when no one else could even dream it, we revitalized an abandoned factory site in the Junction Triangle, building up a new neighbourhood infused with heritage, art and community improvements.
