Previously owned by the provincial agency Metrolinx, this site was purchased as an innovative solution to provide the outstanding balance for required parking for the nearby L-Tower and was redeveloped as a 37-storey mixed-use tower. Conveniently located in the Central Business District, just across the street from Union Station and steps away from the world renowned St. Lawrence Market. The building features a large public sculpture titled "Eagle" designed by artist Dean Drever, which was inspired by the documentation of a ceramic pot and bird effigy circa 1300-50 made by the Iroquois who lived nearby during that time. This sculpture was nominated for a Toronto Urban Design Award in 2019.
