The proposed building consists of a seven storey residential development containing 29 luxury units, as well as approximately 5,705 square feet of commercial space located at grade. The approved development contemplates the relocation, adaptive reuse and overall celebration of the existing heritage building located at 10 Prince Arthur Avenue, as integrated with a mixed use residential building with commercial uses at the first and second storeys and residential uses above. The new portion of the development has been carefully articulated to to reinforce the heritage building’s importance.
